Just watched the movie once again, never saw the show tho, now I feel even more sad that movie Magnus and Alec never got to their first kiss. 😭

I'm surprised there is no spin off of the show about Magnus. I would watch that show...love how Alec's mother was teary when walking Magnus down the isle.

I watched this entire video and for the life of me I couldn't detect an iota of an emotional connection between Alex and Magnus or with the actors who play them. So I decided to binge Shadowhunters in order see their so called love story in its full context. And guess what, there was still no chemistry between them. Zip. Zilch. Zero. But what I did learn is that the real money couple would've been Alec and Jace. Those two share off-the-charts sexual electricity that would've brought them to supercouple status. The show really dropped the ball with them.

Rewatching this and Alec sure says Magnus you were right a lot. Seems like most problems could've been fixed if he just believed in him a little more
